TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PYRAMIDS TRIP

PYRAMIDS TRIP CONTRACT:
  • Please read these terms and conditions carefully, before using this site, as it is important for both of us that you understand our contractual relationship. Your use of pyramidstrip.com is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the terms and conditions that are following.
RESERVATION & PAYMENT:
  • The carefully selected programs that are featured in our products tend to sell out fast. On account of this fact, early reservations together with a deposit of 25% are essential to ensure availability of space.
  • Rest of payment 75% can be settled upon arrival or before arrival.
CHILDREN POLICY:
  • Children up to 5 years old: Free of charge except the flight tickets.
  • Children between 6 to fewer than 12 years old will enjoy with a discount of 50% from adult rate.
  • Children more than 12 years old: are considered as adults.
CANCELLATION:
  • Due to the special nature of the programs offered in the marketplace, suppliers (hotels & flight companies) charge strict cancellation fees. Please note that we have no control over these fees and cannot consider exempting any of them. However, we try to avoid applying a cancellation penalty to our customers as much as possible. Therefore, there are different cases for each trip in cancellation as follows:

Cancellation for City Tours Not included Nile Cruise, hotels or Domestic flights booking. So you will be charged as follows in case you cancelled your tour:

  • 10 % of the tour price. If cancellation made before 07 days prior your arrival date.
  • 15 % of the tour price. If cancellation made between 06 to 02 days prior your arrival date.
  • 100 % of the tour price. If cancellation made within 48 hrs prior your arrival date (No Refund – No Show).

Cancellation for Packages included Nile Cruise, hotels or Domestic flights booking. So you will be charged as follows in case you cancelled your tour:

  • 10 % of the tour price. If cancellation made before 45 days prior your arrival date.
  • 25 % of the tour price. If cancellation made from 44 to 16 days prior your arrival date.
  • 50 % of the tour price. If cancellation made from 15 to 10 days prior your arrival date.
  • 75 % of the tour price. If cancellation made from 9 to 7 days prior your arrival date.
  • 100 % of the tour price. If cancellation made 6 days prior your arrival date (No Refund – No Show).

At Pyramids Trip, our client’s safety is our number one priority. We all work here for the safety and security of our client, so in case of force majeure such as war, strike, riot, epidemic, sudden legal changes or any other reason beyond the client’s control to travel, all cancellation fees will not be applied through Pyramids Trip, and we will apply the bank charges only through us unless there are cancellation fees imposed by the airline, hotels and Nile cruise.

AMENDMENT OF TRIP DATES:
  • Should you make any amendment in the confirmed dates of your selected package? Yes, you can change or amend the travel dates without any charge before arrival date by 48 hrs for the city tours that NOT included Hotels, Nile Cruise or domestic flights booking.
  • For the Packages that Includes flights, Nile cruises & hotels you can make any amendment in the confirmed dates of your selected package by sending an email to us, we are flexible in amending the reservation date according to the availability, so we advise you to send early for the amendments (fees may apply).
UNUSED TRIP ITEMS:
  • No refund will be made during your trip for any unused sightseeing tours, missed meals, transportation segments, or any other service while your trip is running. Before your arrival date, by 2 days; you can e-mail us to skip any sightseeing tours or any other service of the trip to refund you.
COMPLAINTS:
  • If you have a problem or any complain from the provided services booked through pyramids trip, you must contact our office or your travel consultant immediately by telephone or e-mail, as we can solve the problem immediately, in the unlikely event that a complaint cannot be resolved at the time, you should write to us within 15 days of returning home, giving your original booking reference number and all the other relevant information, if you fail to take any of these steps this will hinder our ability to put the problem right and/or investigate it fully and any right you may have to receive compensation will be reduced or completely extinguished.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
  • We are able to advise on mandatory health requirements in Egypt; however, we are not medical experts but we can provide professional doctors and all treatments for emergency cases.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
  • All guests who visit Egypt must be in possession of a valid passport; its validity must be for 6 months beyond the tour date in Egypt.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
  • Charges not mentioned elsewhere in our product: Passport, Entry visa fees, laundry, international telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, custom duties, gratuities to tour guides, tour escort, Egyptologist and drivers, excess baggage charges, and extra charges for food ordered a la carte or from room service. These charges can be paid directly to them.
THE AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE:
  • Once your tour is confirmed and paid your trip and it has been accepted by the company, the tour booking is then considered to be a legally obligated contract, and it refers that the customer has read and accepted the Terms and conditions that are listed above. Both the company of Pyramids Trip and the customer are obligated to accept the agreement
